Hopefully happy customers all around with this one! It’s taken some time but this 2015 (well out of warranty) KTM Ebike stopped working. southwalesbikes couldn’t fix it.. we couldn’t fix it. So ktmbikeindustries kindly collected it and took it back to Austria. Worked their magic and returned it to us, it’ll be back at South Wales bikes next week so the customer can hopefully get another 6 years out of it! . #ebike #mtb #ktm #customerservice #eMTB #ktmbikes
